Senior Product Manager at Waza

The Role

• We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will play a critical role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of key products across our ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Business Operations, and Compliance to build innovative financial products that scale.
• This role requires strong product instincts, a strategic mindset, an analytical approach, and the ability to drive execution from idea to launch in fast-paced environments.

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including user research, specs, testing, and launch
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements on time
• Use customer feedback, data insights, and competitive analysis to continuously improve our offerings
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize work, manage sprints, and ensure successful execution
• Work closely with compliance, customer success, and operations to ensure smooth adoption and rollout of new features
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and continuously iterate based on learnings
• Advocate for the customers/clients internally and ensure the user experience is always prioritized
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a world-class product culture.

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile framework

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
