Senior Product Manager at BoroMe Limited

Overview

• We are looking to hire a full time Senior Product Manager that Promote the iterative update of products and establish a good R&D team culture and system.

Job Description

• Accurately and deeply understand the needs of users and operations, sort out the needs, and formulate product plans, creatively solve problems, meet high-efficiency needs, improve user experience, and control and reduce risks.
• Write product requirements documents, do a good job of product planning, formulate development schedules, and coordinate UI and developers to deliver products and functions on time and with high quality according to the plan.
• Do market research, have a keen insight into competitive products and market changes, and submit market research reports on time.
• Do a good job in monitoring and evaluation of developers and outsourcing technical teams, establish and improve working procedures and systems, and formulate and implement evaluation rewards and punishments for technical personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Proficient in writing various product documents, accurately releasing product requirements to R&D personnel, and tracking R&D progress
• Coordinate the development team to formulate development plans and version plans, manage development progress, and control development risks;
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Creative thinking skills
• Experience in FinTech is a plus.
