• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of fintech products and services.
• You will play a critical role in defining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps.

Product Execution and Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch high-quality products.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile product development processes, ensuring efficient prioritization and resource allocation.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on products based on feedback and data insights.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Work closely with partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders to enhance product offerings.

Metric and Performance

• Define KPIs and measure product performance post-launch.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory landscapes effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the fintech sector.
• Strong knowledge of fintech products, such as digital payments, lending, investments, or banking.
• Proven experience in agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, fintech platforms, and emerging financial technologies.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
