About the Role

• KloudOpp Limited is hiring an elite Senior Principal .NET Engineer with deep, end-to-end mastery of the full .NET ecosystem—from .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 5 → 10, to C# versions 1 → 14.
• This role is for a seasoned technical leader who has designed and built cloud-native microservices, highly scalable monolithic architectures, secure enterprise systems, and has delivered advanced, business-critical solutions across FinTech, HealthTech, Blockchain, and Logistics.
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect, a strong communicator, a mentor who can teach and guide teams, and an engineer who is comfortable working on live production projects.
• A security background check, rigorous technical assessment, and public GitHub work samples are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Engineering Excellence:

• Design and build cloud-native microservice architectures using .NET 5–10 and C# 8–14.
• Architect modern, secure, high-performance monolithic applications where appropriate.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Systems, and CQRS.
• Deliver highly advanced, business logic–driven solutions across multiple industries.

Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOps:

• Build and manage cloud solutions in Azure and AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation), automated deployments, and monitoring.
• Ensure cloud security, identity management, encryption, and compliance.

Software Development:

• Demonstrate full-spectrum mastery of .NET and C# versions 1–14.
• Build scalable APIs, microservices, background workers, integration services, and distributed systems.
• Apply advanced C# features, async patterns, memory optimization, and performance tuning.

Database Engineering:

• Work hands-on with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka/SQS/Service Bus, and event stores.
• Design optimized schemas, queries, indexing strategies, and transactional workflows.

Security & Compliance:

• Build systems that meet enterprise-grade security requirements (OWASP, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.).
• Participate in and pass security background verification and secure coding assessments.

Teaching, Leadership & Collaboration:

• Mentor engineers through code reviews, workshops, and live technical sessions.
• Present architecture decisions and deliver demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Teach internal and external learners as needed and support project teams delivering client solutions.

Required Experience

• 10+ years hands-on enterprise software engineering experience.
• Mastery of .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 5–10.
• Full expertise in C# versions 1–14.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise, cloud-native microservices.
• Strong exposure to FinTech, HealthTech, Blockchain, and Logistics systems.
• Ability to architect and deliver highly secure, distributed, business-critical applications.
• Strong DevOps experience across Azure + AWS.
• Solid database engineering experience.
• Experience teaching or mentoring developers is a plus.
• Must pass security background checks.
• Must pass a rigorous technical assessment.
