    Senior People Operations Partner

    You will lead the delivery of backend standardized and super-efficient people solutions that ensure the smooth running and excellent service delivery of the People Optimization department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all employee data, records, HRIS and reports are impeccably maintained and available on demand.
    • Manage the implementation of all company compensation, benefits, welfare, reward, and incentive programs.
    • Handle the timely enrollment and reporting of all people-related regulatory requirements for compliance.
    • Operate an efficient internal Helpdesk and act as liaison with external contacts (e.g. vendors and auditors).
    • Deliver internal correspondence and ensure that all people policies and procedures are relevant and up-to-date.

    Requirements:

    • ≥5 years’ experience with demonstrable hands-on payroll management - fin-tech experience is an advantage
    • Can prepare a brief presentation to explain ‘Operational Efficiency’ as to a 5 year old – one slide max

    • Require clear, pre-set deliverables and constant direction
    • Are used to working in/with a large team
