    Senior .NET Developer

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework (C#)
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend engineers, database administrators, and product managers to deliver scalable business solutions
    • Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrating with third-party systems and internal services
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full development lifecycle
    • Implement robust application architectures using microservices, event-driven, or layered design patterns
    • Conduct comprehensive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support end-to-end QA processes
    • Maintain and enhance existing applications with new features, performance tuning, and bug fixes
    • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
    • Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and compliance with company development standards
    • Document technical designs, system components, and deployment processes
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging Microsoft technologies, frameworks, and development tools

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
    • 4–7 years of hands-on experience developing applications using C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
    • Proven expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework (Core)
    • Strong understanding of SQL Server development, database design, and stored procedures
    • Experience with front-end integration using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or React (added advantage)
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
    • Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles
    • Experience integrating applications with authentication standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or Azure AD
    • Proficiency in Git or other version control systems
    • Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    Preferred/Added Advantages:

    • Experience building microservices or distributed systems
    • Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus)
    • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest
    • Familiarity with cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure or AWS
    • Understanding of application security, performance tuning, and DevOps practices
    • Contributions to open-source .NET projects or a portfolio of enterprise-grade solutions.
