Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cross-functional teams, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, and using data to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals, including defining target audiences, market trends, and optimal marketing channels.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead market research efforts to gather insights into target audiences and competitor landscapes.
• Work with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-effective campaigns and track ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, partners, and external agencies.
• Utilize data and analytic to track the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
• Lead and motivate marketing teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA / MSc in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytic tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG.
• Experience with performance marketing or demand generation.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 per month.
