Responsibilities

• Meet and surpass all board set organizational goals and targets
• Drive efficiency in overall administration and operations
• Oversee all company operationsensuring quality execution as planned by the board
• Evaluate performance management processes of the company to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Monitor repairs, rehabilitation of all equipment ensuring constant functionality
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Representingmanagement and board in any external program and event.

Qualifications

• Preferably an Accounting or Business Management background graduate but with robust practical experience inbusinessmanagement
• Minimum of 15years practical work experience 10 of which must be at a senior management level.
