    Senior Manager – Customer Experience (Consumer)

    Responsibilities:

    • Senior Manager – Customer Experience (Consumer) manages the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of customer experience programs and initiatives that ensure a bestinclass customer experience. Other responsibilities include:
    • Directs activities to research best practices, establish metrics, and collect and analyze customer data and feedback.
    • Oversees the development of a continuous stream of data to analyze, measure, and evaluate customer behaviors and sentiments and develop and implement a roadmap of customer experience goals.
    • Communicates and evangelizes a customer experience vision and defined goals to stakeholders that drive a consistent endtoend customer experience across the company.
    • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
    • Any other responsibilities that align with your role assigned by management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales, human services or similar field.
    • Must have 3+ years of managerial experience.
    • Experience in sales preferred.
    • Strong managerial and sales skills.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Ability to write and present reports.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Typically reports to top management.
    • Senior Manager – Revenue (Consumer) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
    • Must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
