Candidates should possess a minimum of Ph.D. in the relevant fields.
Must have at least six (6) years of teaching and research experience in the University system.
Must show academic experience through publication in recognized local and international journals.
Must show academic leadership through postgraduate supervision and be able to attract research grant from both local and international funding agencies.
Must be ready to lead various research groups within the Department and the University as a whole.
Candidates must possess Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or the West African Postgraduate Medical College or similar Colleges Overseas.
Candidates must demonstrate evidence of teaching in a University or institution of similar standing for at least 4 years and must have contributed to knowledge in the form of scholarly publications in reputable journals.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years as a Lecturer I.
