Our client, a reputable law firm located in Wuse, Abuja requires for immediate employment, the services of a

Ideal candidate will handle litigation, arbitration and mediation. Manage and provide legal support to the firm in relation to diverse range in maritime, oil and gas, restructuring, debt recovery, telecoms, commercial contract and real estate.

Requirements:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements and other documentation for the firm
• Researching and providing opinions/advice on legal issues relating to transactions
• Ability to keep confidentiality in respect of all maters handled
• Professionalism and service oriented

Qualifications:

• Law degree from the university and the Nigerian law school
• Minimum 5 years experience working on legal affairs relate to maritime, oil and gas etc
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian law
• Proficient with commercial negotiation and be familiar with business related to marine, oil and gas, debt recovery, restructuring, telecoms, commercial contracts and real estate.

Salary: N150,000-N200,000
