    Senior Key Account Manager

    Job Description

    • The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts while ensuring exceptional client experience and long-term business value.
    • The role holder will develop and execute account growth strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
    • This role requires a commercially driven professional who can manage complex sales cycles, build strong executive-level relationships, and contribute significantly to the achievement of the Company's revenue objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
    • Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and government accounts.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective and existing clients.
    • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage customer renewals and ensure high retention rates across assigned accounts.
    • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
    • Drive the achievement of assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other customer-facing documentation.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify gaps, and explore new opportunities.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer engagements and opportunities within the CRM system.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
    • Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Account Management, or Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
