The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts while ensuring exceptional client experience and long-term business value.
The role holder will develop and execute account growth strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
This role requires a commercially driven professional who can manage complex sales cycles, build strong executive-level relationships, and contribute significantly to the achievement of the Company's revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and government accounts.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective and existing clients.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer renewals and ensure high retention rates across assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Drive the achievement of assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other customer-facing documentation.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify gaps, and explore new opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer engagements and opportunities within the CRM system.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Account Management, or Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
