We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Projects Lead to take on the responsibility and accountability for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems within defined requirements, budgets, and timelinesIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing infrastructure.

• Candidates should also have experience working with expatriates, excellent project writing abilities, and strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate server administration skills, including Windows, VMware, Linux, and Azure cloud, among others.
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Possess a good understanding of network technology, including Network Switch configuration, Wireless access points, firewalls, installation, configuration, rules, and day-to-day management.
• Exhibit a strong understanding with proven skills in cybersecurity technologies, such as vulnerability management and endpoint management.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions promptly.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
• Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Demonstrate excellent report writing and presentation skills.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager/Project Lead or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• Expertise in data center management and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Ability to manage personnel.
• BSC in Computer Science, MIS, or a similar field.
