• We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Investment Advisor to lead our investment advisory function. This role is critical in driving high-value client relationships, delivering sophisticated financial solutions, and shaping the overall direction of our advisory services.
• As a senior leader, you will work closely with executive management to develop and execute advisory strategies, oversee complex portfolios, and mentor a team of advisors. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and institutional clients, providing advanced investment and financial planning advice.
• Lead the advisory team in delivering customized wealth management solutions and maintaining exceptional client service standards.
• Design and oversee portfolio strategies, asset allocation models, and investment product recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Stay ahead of global market developments and macroeconomic trends to provide proactive investment insights.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the advisory business and deepen client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, research, risk, and compliance functions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, ethical practices, and internal compliance frameworks.
• Mentor and develop junior advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are required.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in investment advisory, private banking, or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client portfolios and delivering investment strategies at a senior level.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, and business development skills.
