Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural planning and design process for interior projects.
• Develop detailed drawings, construction documents, and space plans.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design and structure.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate measurements and technical specifications.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design intent and client preferences.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings and architectural details.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design principles.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong conceptual and spatial design thinking.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
• Exceptional technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Strong visual presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• A keen eye for design aesthetics combined with architectural precision.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in interior architecture or design.
• Professional certification or registration is an advantage.
• Proven experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
