Lead ICT infrastructure, systems and end‑user support at the facility, ensuring reliable, secure and available technology services for clinical and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, networks, servers and end‑user devices.
Ensure uptime and performance of critical systems, including the hospital/clinical information system and connectivity.
Provide advanced technical support, resolve escalated incidents and supervise the ICT Support Officer.
Administer user access, security, backups and data protection in line with policy.
Manage relationships with ICT vendors and service providers; oversee service‑level agreements.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls and respond to threats and incidents.
Maintain an inventory of ICT assets, licences and configurations.
Support deployment of new systems and applications, including testing and user training.
Develop and enforce ICT policies, procedures and disaster‑recovery plans at the facility.
Prepare ICT performance and incident reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
5–7 years’ ICT support / infrastructure experience, with supervisory exposure.
Experience supporting hospital/health information systems is an advantage.
