We are looking for an experienced, proactive HR Generalist with strong expertise in Training & Development to support key HR functions across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support recruitment and onboarding.
Oversee performance management, including appraisals and improvement plans.
Conduct training needs assessments, design learning programs, and support career development initiatives.
Maintain HR records, generate reports, and provide guidance to managers and staff on HR matters.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years' progressive HR experience (In Healthcare is an added advantage) with notable exposure to Training & Development.
Previous experience in the healthcare is a plus
Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and performance management.
