    Senior Growth Manager

    Who are we looking for

    • You are a full-stack marketing person who understands all areas of modern growth marketing.
    • You have stood up a new growth channel from scratch before.
    • You should be able to write a copy, design creatives, code landing pages, run ad campaigns, and handle social media marketing.
    • As the Senior Growth Marketer, you will constantly identify growth opportunities and execute marketing strategies in a way that drives growth.
    • To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • You should possess leadership skills to build and run a team and, when necessary, get your hands dirty.

    Responsibilities:

    You will be participating in several types of marketing and growth campaigns.

    These includes:

    • ideating, testing, and scaling new acquisition channels
    • owning and executing all customer acquisition instruments including paid media, growth product, website, demand generation, analytics, and new channels
    • measuring and managing unit economics of paid channels
    • producing persuasive multi-channel content (email, webinars, social, blog posts, podcasts, etc.)
    • managing influencer marketing campaigns and influencer relations activities
    • collaborating with other teams to initiate and complete marketing objectives

    Requirements

    • BSc Degree in any relevant field
    • Minimum of one year post-NYSC Experience
    • Industry knowledge is a plus (Capital Markets, Electronic Trading Platforms, CFD, Forex, Crypto)
    • Good with math and numbers
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (i.e. CPA, CTR)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Team player with leadership skills
    • Tech and social media savvy
