    Senior Growth Manager

    About the Role
    We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager who will help to 10x our growth in the next year. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, commercial savvy, well-organized, and self-motivated – with a ‘get-it-done’ attitude. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and have experience leading both internal & external projects from idea stage to execution.
    Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: optimizing existing growth efforts/channels, identifying & spearheading new growth efforts, providing leadership on international expansion efforts, generating actionable insights from sales and operations data, and leading negotiations & execution with key growth partners.
    A strong candidate must be proficient in the following areas:
    Strategy: Identifying & assessing opportunities that represent large potential revenue streams & which are close to our core; surveying the landscape to identify lessons from other industries & geographies
    Analysis: Collaborating with our engineering, sales, and operations teams to gather data needed for analyses; driving new analyses that produce insights that lead to significant sales growth
    Execution: Working with internal team members and key partners to develop plans and execute on new opportunities; applying a hands-on, outcome-oriented approach to new projects

    Communication: Joining as an active leadership team member; aligning and following through to execution with a variety of both internal & external stakeholders
    Background at a top management consulting firm is strongly preferred, e.g. Bain, McKinsey, BCG, Dalberg. Experience at a high-growth start-up is an advantage but not required.
    You should be comfortable with change, as you would be entering the company at an exciting phase of development. You should also be proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint – experience querying databases (e.g. SQL) is preferred but not required.
