    Senior Furniture Installing Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Furniture Installing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality furniture installations. 
    • The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex projects, particularly within multinational furniture, construction or interior design companies, and excels in overseeing site operations, teams, and client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage large-scale furniture installation projects from start to finish.
    • Supervise installation teams, ensuring precision, safety, and timely delivery.
    • Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to align installation work with project specifications.
    • Oversee site assessments, measurements, and technical evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines.
    • Manage logistics, delivery timelines, and installation sequencing.
    • Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
    • Provide technical support and training to junior installers.
    • Prepare reports and updates for internal and client stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • 8 - 10 years experience in furniture installation, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
    • Experience working with multinational construction or interior design firms is strongly preferred.
    • Strong technical knowledge of furniture systems, fittings, joinery, and layouts.
    • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
    • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret architectural plans.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and site coordination ability.
    • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
