Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of sophisticated web and mobile applications
• Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices for the engineering department
• Architect and implement scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Design and develop robust RESTful APIs
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle
• Mentor and manage a team of junior developers, fostering their growth and technical capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Strong proficiency in Python/PHP, particularly in building scalable applications
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
• Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions
• Expert-level knowledge in RESTful API design and implementation
• Strong foundation in system design and architecture principles
• Experience with version control, cloud platforms and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills:

• Web and Mobile application development experience
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Strong communication and team-building abilities
• Track record of successful project delivery.
