You will play a key role in the continued development, maintenance, and support of our internal systems and the next phase of our internal tools. This role requires a self-driven, experienced developer who is thorough, structured, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of technical decisions and feature delivery.
Tech Stack
Backend technologies include PHP, the Laravel Framework, MySQL, and a Docker Sail development environment.
The current frontend stack is React.js.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and support internal systems and long-term internal tools.
Take ownership of features, technical choices, implementation, and testing.
Work independently as the primary developer while collaborating closely with the product team.
Ensure detailed, thorough, and well-structured implementations.
Think beyond code-first execution and take a product ownership mindset.
Requirements
What You Bring
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Laravel.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with React.js.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with application containerization.
Senior-level, real-world development experience.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables,
Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
Comfort working on long-term products rather than short-term engagements.
