Senior Frontend Developer at Leadway Assurance Company

Role Overview

• We are a leading insurance organization developing next-generation line of business applications for General, Life and Health Insurance. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will develop and optimize the front-end for a multi-tenant SaaS platform serving multiple insurance entities.
• This involves React-based UI development and performance tuning, ensuring that white-label branding, drag-and-drop configuration tools, and robust user experiences are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• NextJs Development: Implement high-quality, responsive UIs in NextJs, integrating design systems and brand customization for multiple tenants.
• Performance & SEO: Optimize page load times, implement best practices for SEO, and ensure consistent performance across devices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX Designers, Back-End Developers, and QA to address complex UI workflows (claims, policy issuance, reinsurance).
• Integration & State Management: Use Redux or similar libraries to manage state, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
• Debugging & Testing: Identify and resolve front-end issues; collaborate with QA on unit and integration testing strategies.

Technical Requirements

• High proficiency in NextJs, Docker, and GraphQL.
• Intermediate proficiency in Signal R, Micro Frontends, and VueJs.

Other Requirements

• Experience with Frontend Observability stacks e.g (OpenTelemetry, JaegerUI, etc)
• Experience of real time dashboarding using signal R

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJs, Redux, and modern front-end build processes.

Experience

• 5+ years of enterprise front-end experience with large-scale web or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant UI design, micro-frontends, or white-label branding.

Other Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills for on-site team interactions.
• Ability to handle complex user flows in an Agile environment.
