Role Overview:

• We need a Senior Front End Developer. You will lead Front End developer on new projects from start to finish.
• You will work with engineering and non development team.
• Your goal: build products customers love. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front End Developer to oversee Front End Team to ensure successful delivery of software projects as well as drive the development of innovative software products.

Job Description:

• Translating design mock into interactive and functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks eg Next js, Typescipt, Tailwind Css.
• Leading and Collaborating with both Front and backend developers to integrate front end components with server-side logic.
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Optimizing web performance and loading speeds.
• Testing and debugging front end components for usability and functionality.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front end development.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for front end issues.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to team discussions and decisions.
• Mentoring junior developers and helping with their professional growth and development. 

Requirements: 

• 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Proven experience as a Senior Front End Developer in the ICT industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong Leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of ICT technologies, trends, and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure project objectives are met with high quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
