Purpose Statement

• We are looking to hire experienced and knowledgeable Fixed Deposit Marketer(s) that can help advance our company’s mission. The major focus of this role is to participate in tactical sales/marketing activities for the mobilization of fixed deposit accounts for the company.

Key Deliverables

• Mobilization of fixed deposit accounts for the company.
• Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Successfully increase sales and acquire new customers/ fixed deposit accounts.
• Create persuasive arguments to mobilize fixed account deposits
• Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Regularly reach out to potential customers.
• Keep up with current sales trends.

Requirements

• 6-8proven experience as a successful Sales Agent in the Banking sector.
• Passion for Sales and Results Driven
• Experience as a Sales Agent in a bank/financial institution is preferred
• HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
