Senior Finance Officer at OmniRetail Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Control & Operations – Oversee daily finance activities, ensure smooth departmental operations & enforce financial controls.
• Reporting & Analysis – Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements, income & expense variance analysis.
• Tax & Compliance – Ensure timely payments & compliance with WHT, VAT, PAYE & other statutory deductions.
• Team Leadership – Supervise & mentor the Finance Officer, ensuring accuracy in general ledger entries.
• ERP & Fixed Assets Management – Coordinate ERP entries, fixed asset schedules, provisions & accruals.
• Intercompany & Supplier Transactions – Approve payments, ensure credit notes & rebates are recognized promptly.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Accounting/Finance & ACA/ACCA Certification Required.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance & tax management.
• Expertise in accounting software, ERP systems & Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & team leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality & demonstrate high integrity.
