Senior Finance Officer at Anap Jets

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Finance Officer tjoin our finance team in a dynamic private aviation environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting, budgeting, treasury, and revenue assurance expertise, with proven experience in aviation or the industry leaders in accounting firms. This role requires excellent Excel proficiency, presentation skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end finance operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Assist in timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Support IFRS-aligned financial statement preparation and audit processes.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of ledgers, intercompany balances, and control accounts.
• Assist in the Budgeting & Forecasting process
• Conduct variance analysis tguide management decisions on cost and revenue performance.

Treasury & Cashflow

• Track loan repayments, interest accruals, and FX exposure; ensure proper treasury reporting.

Revenue Assurance

• Monitor charter, jet card, and contract revenues for completeness and accuracy.
• Review flight and billing data tensure correct revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with operations and commercial teams tclose revenue gaps.

Process & Systems

• Maintain and improve finance processes tenhance accuracy and turnaround time.
• Use advanced Excel tools for analysis, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally tstrengthen internal controls and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Education:

• B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• M.Sc. in Finance or Accounting is an added advantage.

Professional Qualification:

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA)

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in aviation, airline, or Big 4 audit firm is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, treasury, and revenue assurance.
• Practical understanding of taxation, IFRS reporting, and financial operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High integrity, attention tdetail, and ability tthrive under pressure
