As the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations, treasury management, and reporting while ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and data-driven decision-making to support business growth and scalability.
Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations including accounting, reporting, and month-end / year-end closures while maintaining strong internal controls.
Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and payment processes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing insights on performance and cost optimization.
Prepare financial statements and management reports, delivering analysis to support strategic decisions.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators while ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5–7 years progressive experience in finance, accounting, and treasury management.
Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP tools).
Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
