Senior Finance Manager at Lefort Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, aligning with company objectives.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies.
• Investment Decisions: Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation.
• Cost Management: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and implement measures to control expenses.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Financial Reporting :Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements and cash flows.
• Compliance :Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee taxation process and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.
• Foster continuous learning and development opportunities.
• Present financial information to the board of directors and investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification as an added advantage (ACA, ACCA)
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance Managerial role especially in the Restaurant section.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial software and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
