Senior Finance Executive at ICS Outsourcing

Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to join a values-driven organization and support the management of financial operations, reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
• This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who can ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare accurate financial reports in line with organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Assist with the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Track financial performance and recommend cost control measures.

Accounting Operations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations such as PAYE, Pension, NHF, and NSITF.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

Audit & Risk Management

• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets.
• Identify potential financial risks and support mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACA or ACCA) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting within a structured organization.
• Experience using accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Experience in a non-profit or faith-based organization is an added advantage.
