What you would do

• Invoicing of customers approved PFI
• Reconciliation of Vehicle Sales Receivables Accounts.
• Monthly Ageing Report on Receivables Status
• Treatment of WHT Receivables, Credit Notes & VAT deducted @ source.
• Treatment of Barter Transactions
• Participate & Reconciliation of monthly Stock Count and Fixed Assets verification exercise.
• Generate Weekly Internal Reports on Sales Listing, Collections & Inventory.
• Participate in annual year audit exercise

What you should have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or in a related field.
• 3 – 5 years’ work experience as Accountant or Finance personnel;
• Strong background in Finance,
• Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, and Ms Word)
• Candidate MUST be chartered as at when applying for this position;
• Proficiency in integrated financial management software, such as Sage book;
• Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and credit control;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities;
