Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
- 6+ years of experience in facility management.
- Exceptional supervision, project management, cost management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation and building management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
