    Senior Executive, Market Access

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking dynamic and results-driven personnels to promote and grow our product portfolio.
    • The successful candidates will be responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders, while driving sales growth and market penetration.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare institutions, physicians, pharmacists, nutritionists, and corporate organizations.
    • Identify, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
    • Product presentations, and business development initiatives that aligns with the company’s product offerings.
    • Work with all Agencies (International & Local) for shaping government policies, drive products acceptability and procurements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
    • Stay appropriately networked and keep abreast of trends, news, procurement, and deadlines within both Government, healthcare and Private sectors so that all possible, new or enhanced opportunities are adequately utilized.
    • Develop and execute territorial sales plans and activities in line with the company’s strategic objectives and sales forecasts.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
    • Participate in product launches, medical conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.

    Qualification & Skills

    • BSc/HND qualification in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years cognate work experience in medical sales.
    • Proficient knowledge of MS office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills Strategic and the ability to develop good relations with customers.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and the ability to work under pressure
    • Strong leadership skill.
