Senior Executive - Human Resourcing / Outsourcing at Michael Stevens Consulting

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Working with business leaders to define the company's HR issues, goals, and requirements
• Developing and implementing HR models and strategies for Engineering Companies
• Recruiting and selecting the right candidates for client’s vacant positions
• Producing and implementing training and development programs for employee performance
• Ensuring HR programs are in compliance with current employment law and regulations
• Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Resolving any issues that a company might have with its workforce.
• Handling human relation issues for outsourced staff
• Generating new business and expanding existing ones.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree qualification with 6 - 10 years work experience.
