Job Summary:

• The Engineer Planner develops and monitors project schedules to ensure the timely completion of high-rise construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Could you monitor progress and update schedules weekly?
• Identify critical path delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
• Generate progress reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze resource allocation and manpower planning.
• Conduct delay analysis and claims support.
• Integrate BIM 4D/5D scheduling where applicable.
• Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction.
• Optimize schedules for cost and time efficiency.

KPIs:

• Schedule variance (planned vs. actual progress).
• The number of delays mitigated proactively.
• Accuracy of progress reports.
• Adherence to milestone deadlines.
• Reduction in idle time for resources.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Professional certification/Membership (NSE registration, COREN)
• Certification in Primavera P6 or PMP.
• Proficiency in BIM-based scheduling tools.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years in construction / Building Projects.
