Senior Electrical Engineer at Jaykay Group

Role Summary

• We are looking for askilled senior electrical engineer that has a B.Eng/ HND in Electrical Engineering to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering principles and pratices, with a focus on designing, developing, maintaining electrical systems.
• This role requires problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work on various projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and component.
• Create technical drawings, sepcifications, and schematics using CAD software.
• Evaluate electrical systems, components, and applications for performace and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company's standards and regulations.
• Communicate project status, findings and recommendations to Department Head.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in electrical engineeering , preferably in a textile / weaving company.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other other engineering tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and innovation in design solutions.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Experience:

• 5 - 15 years of experience required.
• Proven work experience in a textile / weaving company.
