Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct all stages of the procurement process for the goods and services covered, in compliance with the general framework
• Preparation and handling of Call For Tenders from Strategy confirmation to Recommendation to Award.
• Preparation and handling of all contractual documents from Letter of Award to Contract Signature.
• Preparing presentations and presenting to various contract committees and internal boards

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• At least 10 years’ experience in managing equipment and service provision contracts and associated tendering processes for Drilling and Completion activity.
• Autonomous with the ability to manage several dossiers simultaneously; rigorous and methodical
• Good communication skills (fluent in English), dynamism, high motivation, ability to convince, organized personality, possesses leadership traits and ability to put issues into perspective
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
• Advanced expertise in procurement and/or in the world of E&P and contractual structures.
• Advanced expertise in complex call for tenders, and in conducting all stages of the procurement process (from strategy to the signing of the contract)
• Expertise in conducting an international tender
• Expertise in one or more of the upstream categories which include Rigs/Drilling well equipment and services/Logistics and also Seismic
