Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting grants, donors, and fully funded startup programs.
Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with high-value donors, investors, and funding bodies.
Prepare compelling funding proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to various audiences.
Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and funding competitions.
Mentor and guide junior staff and interns in fundraising best practices.
Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring targets are met.
Stay updated on funding trends, donor requirements, and compliance issues.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or donor relations, preferably within startups or nonprofits.
Proven track record of securing significant funding from donors, investors, or grant-making bodies.
