Key Responsibilities
Zero-Downtime Architecture: Design and maintain self-healing Kubernetes clusters that support high-frequency financial transactions.
Security-First CI/CD: Implement DevSecOps pipelines that automate PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NDPR compiance checks without slowing down the release cycle.
Cloud Orchestration: Manage multi-cloud or hybrid environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) focused on low-latency and high availability.
Observability & Incident Response: Build robust monitoring and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana) to predict system bottlenecks before they affect users.
Mentorship: Lead the "Growth" pillar of DevElite by promoting a culture of high-performance automation and technical excellence.
Technical Competence (Requirements)
Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, specifically within Fintech or Banking.
Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
Scripting: Advanced proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash.
Financial Security: Deep understanding of API security, encryption standards (at rest/transit), and microservices architecture.
Database Ops: Experience managing high-concurrency databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis) under heavy financial loads.
