The Opportunity

• In the world of Fintech, "uptime" isn't just a metric—it’s the backbone of financial trust. At Uridium Technologies, we connect elite talent with high-growth financial institutions to architect mission-critical infrastructure. We need 30 engineers who understand that behind every line of code is a transaction, a business, and a customer’s livelihood.

Key Responsibilities

• Zero-Downtime Architecture: Design and maintain self-healing Kubernetes clusters that support high-frequency financial transactions.
• Security-First CI/CD: Implement DevSecOps pipelines that automate PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NDPR compiance checks without slowing down the release cycle.
• Cloud Orchestration: Manage multi-cloud or hybrid environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) focused on low-latency and high availability.
• Observability & Incident Response: Build robust monitoring and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana) to predict system bottlenecks before they affect users.
• Mentorship: Lead the "Growth" pillar of DevElite by promoting a culture of high-performance automation and technical excellence.

 Technical Competence (Requirements)

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, specifically within Fintech or Banking.
• Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Scripting: Advanced proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash.
• Financial Security: Deep understanding of API security, encryption standards (at rest/transit), and microservices architecture.
• Database Ops: Experience managing high-concurrency databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis) under heavy financial loads.
