Senior DevOps Engineer at KNN Corporate Services Limited

Brief Description

• We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with programming languages and a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, as well as additional experience in related areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of deployment strategies
• Automate and streamline deployment processes
• Monitor and maintain production systems
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance and scalability
• Lead a team of DevOps engineers and provide guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications in DevOps or cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps
• Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.) are a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience leading or mentoring teams is a plus
• Experience with any additional DevOps tool is a plus

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Strong experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Strong understanding of system administration and networking concepts
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Elastic Stack, etc.)
• Experience with security best practices and tools is a plus
