    Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in the beauty retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer service in the beauty sector. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty products, and the ability to identify and address the unique needs of our valued clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Engagement:

      • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
      • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of beauty products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
    2. Interpersonal Skills:

      • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
      • Display empathy and understanding when addressing customer concerns or inquiries.
    3. Client Needs Identification:

      • Analyze customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
      • Anticipate and understand the evolving needs of clients to enhance their shopping experience.
    4. Problem Resolution:

      • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
      • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    5. Product Knowledge:

      • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
      • Train and mentor junior staff members on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

    Qualifications:

    1. Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. 5-15 years of progressive experience in customer service within the beauty retail sector.
    3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    4. Proven ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
    5. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    6. Passion for beauty products and a keen eye for industry trends.
