    Senior Consultant

    Job Summary 

    As a Senior Consultant, you will serve in the capacity of a Senior Account Associate. You will play a crucial role in managing key client relationships and driving the success of our consulting engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to deliver strategic insights and solutions to our clients.     Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and provide strategic recommendations to address their business issues effectively.
    • Lead and contribute to the development of client deliverables, such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Oversee the execution of consulting engagements, including project planning, team coordination, and progress monitoring.
    • Actively participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, and foster client engagement.
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and work closely with the business development team to pursue them.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and thought leadership to clients.
    • Mentor and provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.
    • Lead on internal and client recruitment efforts

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, business advisory, or a related field.
    • Strong expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.
    • Proven track record of managing client accounts, delivering high-quality consulting services, and driving client satisfaction.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven and strategic mindset.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse industries and market dynamics.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
