• Our client is looking to hire a Senior Civil Structural Engineer. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of supplying and installing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of supply and installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee site assessments, technical evaluations, and installation processes to meet safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Negotiate contracts, manage supply chain logistics, and coordinate deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Ensure that all project completions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
• Conduct periodic quality audits on projects, guiding continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe work environment, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and risk management practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and manage budgets for supply and installation projects, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
• Provide weekly updates and reports on project progress, supply chain performance, and team productivity to Line Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Construction Management or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Civil Engineering, construction management
• Experience in project management functions
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a cross-functional team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
