• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CCNP Network Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cisco networking technologies, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable network solutions based on business requirements.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices.

Routing and Switching:

• Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and spanning-tree protocols.
• Optimize network performance through in-depth analysis and proactive measures.

WAN and LAN Management:

•  Manage Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.

Network Security:

• Implement and manage security measures to protect the network infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and address security risks.

Network Troubleshooting:

•  Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
•  Provide tier-3 support for network-related incidents and outages.

Collaboration and Documentation:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, developers, and other IT professionals, to ensure seamless integration of network services.
•  Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Capacity Planning:

•  Perform capacity planning and analysis to ensure that the network infrastructure can support current and future business needs.

Mentorship and Training:

•  Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
•  Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCNP certification is required; CCIE certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a network engineer, with a focus on Cisco technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
