Senior Business Development Manager at Heckerbella Limited

• Heckerbella is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to champion our growth across Nigeria and West Africa. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and execution of business growth strategies.
• Build and manage high-level client relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers
• Identify, pitch, and close high-value deals across the tech, finance, government, and enterprise sectors.
• Drive market intelligence efforts and spot partnership opportunities across OEMs, integrators, and ecosystem players.
• Own the end-to-end business development process-from lead generation to deal closure.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 8+ years in business development or enterprise sales, ideally within IT consulting or tech services
• A strong grasp of emerging technologies (cloud, automation, cybersecurity, analytics, ERP, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience navigating long B2B sales cycles and closing complex deals
• In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian business landscape (regional West African experience is a plus)
