• As the Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of the microfinance bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the bank's vision, mission, and values.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies to increase the bank's market presence and impact.
• Financial Management:
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies and maintain a strong credit quality portfolio.
  • Monitor key financial indicators and take proactive measures to address any deviations.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in the microfinance or financial services industry, with a minimum of 3years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of microfinance operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving growth in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
