Senior Business Development Executive at LD&D Consulting

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at LD&D Consulting.
• This role involves driving business growth, acquiring new clients for HR outsourcing services, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.).
• Close outsourcing deals and negotiate contract terms.
• Generate and qualify leads, converting them into clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet business growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.
• Earn 10% commission on successfully closed deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in business development or sales within HR consulting/outsourcing.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
