    Senior Business Development Executive

    • We are seeking a Senior Business Development (BD) Executive to oversee the strategic growth and market expansion of our logistics company. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with business development standards, draft and review commercial proposals and service level agreements (SLAs), handle corporate client relationship management and dispute resolution, and provide strategic advice to management on new market opportunities, revenue generation, and partnership frameworks.

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.A. or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline from a recognized institution. 
    • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Revenue Growth roles, with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue generation. 
    • Prior experience within the Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Courier, E-commerce, Freight Forwarding, or related industries will be a distinct advantage. 
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans that support organizational growth objectives. 
    • Strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. 
    • Proven ability to identify market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and translate insights into actionable business opportunities. 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at various organizational levels. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data and make informed recommendations. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. 
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

    New Business Acquisition: 

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry vertical. 
    • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and site visits to prospective clients. 
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client Needs.  

    Client Engagement & Account Management: 

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer  satisfaction and repeat business. 
    • Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales and onboard new clients. 
    • Act as the liaison between clients and internal operations to ensure timely service Delivery.  

    Sales & Reporting: 

    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. 
    • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client interactions. 
    • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
