    Senior Business Development Associate

    • The Senior Business Development Associate will work in collaboration with the Duplo Sales Team and be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation. They will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's overall business objectives and sales targets. 

    Responsibilities

    • Be accountable for sales growth and performance on Duplo’s product offerings
    • Work with the Sales Team to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to drive recurring revenue across Duplo’s product offerings
    • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and functionality of Duplo’s solutions to drive sales
    • Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, and Marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
    • Collaborate with Marketing for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition
    • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
    • Develop and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies; utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve sales processes
    • Recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
    • Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with clients
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and SLAs
    • Establish, nurture, and expand the partner relationship to drive increased preference for Duplo’s products and solutions
    • Drive engagement and adoption by partners to scale business growth
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the enterprise B2B payments sector.
    • Utilize market insights to refine the sales strategy and identify potential business partnerships

    Requirements

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in Saas B2B sales, payments, and fintech
    • Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers
    • Experience in structuring, pricing, and negotiating partnerships
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals for the business and for partners
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
    • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
    • Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and figure it out
    • Be emotionally intelligent, humble, and excited to work within a team with a diverse set of experiences, backgrounds, and skills
