About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable back-end systems. You will work closely with front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient back-end services and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of back-end services.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data and system integrity.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing loads.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, etc.).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building high-quality software.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with server less architectures.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
